Preparation:
Chill for Best Results: Place the mask in the refrigerator for 10–15 minutes before use to enhance its natural cooling effect, which is highly effective for reducing morning puffiness. Do not freeze the mask, as extreme cold can damage the stones and irritate your skin.
  • Cleanse Your Face: Ensure your skin is clean and dry before applying the mask.
  • Apply Skincare: For enhanced absorption, apply your favorite eye cream, serum, or face oil first. The gentle weight of the rose quartz helps press these products deeper into the skin. 
Application:
Find a Comfortable Spot: Lie down or recline in a position where you can remain still.
  1. Position the Mask: Gently drape the mask over your closed eyes, ensuring it contours comfortably to your facial structure.
  2. Relax and Breathe: Leave the mask on for 10–20 minutes. While wearing it, take deep breaths to release facial tension and maximize the meditative benefits of the stone.

Cleaning & Maintenance:
